Job Role

  • Research, outline, compile and edit new and existing content, working closely with various departments.

  • Independently gather information from all available sources to develop procedures, technical specifications, and process documentation.
  • Work with development and support leads to identify all data repositories and help in defining best solutions for content compilation and storage.

Requirements

  • A certificate in Light Vehicle Maintenance NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Experience with MS Word, Excel, TextPad, PDF Creator & PowerPoint software.

Skills/knowledge

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to develop content and to define improvements to visuals and diagrams.
  • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.

  • Proven track record of getting things done; able to take ownership; energetic and passionate.
  • Flexible. Self-starter. Able to manage own time successfully. Able to work well under pressure.
  • Excellent analysis and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £32,000.00-£36,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: Remote
