The Thomas Bradley Group are a growing organisation that focuses on the Legal, Financial and Property markets. Working across the country we help clients sell their home, carry out estate planning services such as a Will and Power of Attorney or provide financial advice to ensure clients financial affairs are performing effectively for retirement.

The successful candidate will be part of a high-performing team and will support the businesses within the Thomas Bradley & Co Group. The candidate will also have strong collaborative skills and the ability to produce high-quality work across a variety of tasks.

  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Identifying customers' requirements
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile.
  • Meet personal/team targets.
  • A Call Centre associate must have an excellent attitude towards their work and empathy for their clients.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Ability to work on own also part of the team meeting achievable figures/ appointments..

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 24-40 per week

Salary: £18,525.00-£20,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

  • Commission pay
