About Our Client
Fulham Rd Dental, part of Direct Dental Group, are equity backed and have a high growth strategy. This will see them open 3-4 new sites across London each year, providing exceptional career progression for you as the Receptionist. You will work alongside the highly regarded, award winning dentist, Dr George Cheetham, whilst enjoying brand new facilities with your supportive and very socialable team.
Other Details: 8:00am - 5:30pm - with 1 Saturday a month.
Job Description
As the Receptionist in West London, you will you will be responsible for providing high quality front of house services for patients and carry out the following tasks;
- Ensure queries are dealt with in a timely and efficient manner
- Manage all the invoices and deliveries
- Gathering of data regarding patients and treatment outcomes
- Regular meetings with the lead dental nurse, practice manager and management teams
- Liaising with the manager and dentist ensuring they are kept aware of relevant feedback
- Supporting the team with general administration to ensure smooth running of the practice
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in applying to this chain of cosmetic dentist clinics, you should have:
- 1 Saturday a month
- Good experience with MS Excel and IT proficiency
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Can-do attitude with a focus on providing excellent patient care
- Personable and friendly manner
- Experience in working in a fast-paced environment.
